Features:

BMP280 is an absolute pressure sensor designed for mobile applications.The sensor module is packaged in an extremely compact package.Its small size and low power consumption allow it to be implemented in battery-powered devices such as mobile phones, GPS modules or watches.

 

As its predecessor, BMP180, the BMP280 is based on Bosch's proven piezoresistive pressure sensor technology with high precision and linearity as well as long-term stability and high EMC robustness.Numerous device operation options provide the highest flexibility for optimizing devices for power consumption, resolution, and filter performance.Developers are provided with a set of tested defaults (such as use cases) to simplify the design as much as possible.

Main measurement modes:

Sleep Mode: when the current reaches the level of uA, the typical value is 0.1ua and the maximum value is 0.3ua. All measurement work stops.

Normal Mode: Normal operation, relevant working interval time can be controlled through register.

Forced Mode: the main control initiates a collection command, the sensor collects a signal, and then enters Sleep Mode, waiting for the next arousal (this time it is useless).
